Job description:
- Management of development projects from the ideation to the industrialisation of the process-capable serial production for our international customers in accordance with the applicable internal instructions for project management
- Ensuring the manufacturability, safeguarding of and compliance with the customer requirements regarding the product and the process
- Planning the project structure (tasks, sequences, deadlines, costs), as well as monitoring and control
- Coordination of different activities from the project planning
- Implementation of the activities / work packages / subprojects from the project planning
- Regular high-quality contact with customers and suppliers towards project implementation
- Documentation of the project content in accordance with the requirements
- Supporting the sales, production and quality departments for problem-solving
Requirements
- Completed engineering studies or anything comparable
- Knowledge of project management and the automobile sector desirable
- Good technical knowledge in the areas of vibration technology and rubber technology is desirable
- Reliability, sense of personal responsibility and flexibility
- Analytical skills and creativity
- Commitment, willingness and ability to pursue continuous further qualification
- Resilience and endurance
- Very good communication skills in German and English
