Industrialisation Engineer (m/f/d)
Job description:
- Planning and monitoring of production processes including resources, capacities and schedules to ensure efficient production and compliance with quality standards
- Development of the initial series production process of a project into a mature series production process
- Collaborate with our international design team to properly implement production requirements and specifications
- Design realisation and monitoring for chassis components
- Responsible for pre-series production to validate series production processes and identify potential problems
- Submission of investment plans and applications for series production equipment and tools
- Training of production staff in relation to new products and processes
- Close co-operation between development, production, quality assurance and supply chain management to ensure smooth implementation and communication.
- Early identification and management of risks that may arise during the start of series production
- Collecting and analysing data during start-up to continuously improve processes and avoid future problems.
- Regular dialogue with customers
Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of engineering, preferably specialising in mechanical engineering or production engineering
- Several years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing or production management
- Sound knowledge of lean methods and other efficiency improvement techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player
- Fluency in English and German; additional language skills, such as Chinese, are an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High willingness to travel internationally
