Job description:
- Planning, organisation, implementation and documentation of preventive maintenance for machines, plants and fixtures
- Stocking and ensuring the supply of spare parts and their monitoring
- Carrying out preventive maintenance of electrical components of machines, plants and fixtures
- Carrying out repair work on machines, plants and fixtures
- Repairing electrical controls and individual components of injection moulding machines
- Inspection rounds as part of preventive maintenance
- Carrying out inspections in accordance with the applicable process instructions and work instructions in the scope of the area of activity
- Maintaining order and cleanliness within the scope of the activity in accordance with the applicable work instructions
- Organisation of external suppliers as well as planning assignments and tasks in conjunction with in-house responsibilities, provision of required materials and auxiliary equipment, supervision of assigned tasks, control, inspection and accounting of work performed
- Responsible for the installation, modification and maintenance of automation technology systems at automation level
- Participation in acceptances of plants, including automation technology, is a part of your activities
Requirements:
- Completed technical education
- At least three years of professional experience in the maintenance of electrical machines and equipment
- Very good knowledge of SAP-R3 and Excel and Windows
- Distinct quality and cost consciousness
- Good ability to work under pressure
- Creative way of working
- Excellent ability to work in a team
- Independent, systematic and methodical way of working
- Very good knowledge of the processes in the SGE
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to pursue continuous further qualification
