Setter (m/f/d)
Tasks:
- Monitoring and ensuring product quality, series production and performance-relevant process parameters
- Set-up and start-up of machines and systems in accordance with valid work instructions
- Elimination of machine and system malfunctions and their documentation
- Implementation and documentation of in-process inspections
- Intervening in the event of violations of valid work and procedural instructions
- Technical support for machine operators and group spokespersons
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness
- Shift handover in accordance with valid work instructions
- Active exchange of information with the coordinators (m/f/d), the maintenance engineer (m/f/d), the toolmaker (m/f/d) and the process optimizer (m/f/d)
- Assisting with compliance with regulations and standards, occupational health and safety, fire and environmental protection and quality management (work instructions and process instructions)
- Measures to save resources (materials, energy, …) and avoid waste
- Active participation in the standardization of work processes
Requirements:
- Completed training as a process mechanic or comparable training
- Professional experience in plastics processing is desirable
- Strong quality and cost awareness
- Good knowledge of the technologies, materials and processes used (machines, automation, tools, material handling, temperature control)
- Knowledge of SAP-R3, Excel and Windows is desirable
- Willingness and ability to undergo continuous further training
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of a driving license for industrial trucks (forklift license) and a car driving license are desirable
