Quality Assurance Employee in Complaints Processing (m/f/o)

In order to reliably meet quality and standards requirements and achieve stable processes as well as quality-related goals, we are currently looking for an employee in the Quality Assurance department:

Quality Assurance Clerk in Complaints Processing (m/f/o)


  • Independent handling of customer complaints and implementation of supplier complaints, incl. the monitoring and review of corrective and preventive measures, as well as B2B customer portal operation via the Global 8D process
  • Production support, independent processing (evaluation, approvals and blocking of products and processes) for internal and external complaints
  • Initiation and moderation of internal and external CIP / complaint meetings
  • Transfer and recording of information and improvement measures from internal and external complaints in P-FMEA as lessons learned
  • Independent execution of process and product audits as part of the effectiveness analysis of CIP measures from internal, customer and supplier complaints
  • Planning and execution of internal training / instructions with a focus on product process deviations from complaints
  • Monthly reporting and status notification of all internal/external complaints, incl. compilation of additional costs and error frequency analyses
  • Active collaboration in Q projects to optimize and reduce the costs of the existing internal processes and systems


  • Completed vocational training in the technical field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance / quality management in the field of automotive supplier technology or industry with a focus on complaints processing and CIP processes
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programs
  • Good command of general quality tools (e.g. 8-D, root cause analysis, SPC, FMEA, QM plan)
  • Good knowledge of the general quality regulations DIN EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
  • Experience in carrying out process and product audits and deriving improvement measures
  • Experience with SAP is desirable
  • Training as an internal and external auditor is desirable
  • Strong analytical and creative skills
  • High problem-solving skills and resilience
  • Distinctive, goal-oriented team and communication skills
  • Generally flawless written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • High willingness to travel for work
