In order to reliably meet quality and standards requirements and achieve stable processes as well as quality-related goals, we are currently looking for an employee in the Quality Assurance department:

Employee in Quality Assurance and Advance Planning (m/f/o)


  • Active collaboration in the advance quality planning process (reviewing and ensuring the normative and customer-specific requirements) for new products as a project team member
  • Moderation and participation in FMEA meetings
  • Development and creation of quality planning / quality concepts for new products or change management for existing products and supplier materials via QM plans, test instructions, control charts, etc.
  • Active support of the project teams and monitoring of APQP milestones
  • Independent definition and execution of initial sampling of products and supplier materials, incl. the necessary requalification tests, as well as presentation of the results to customers on B2B customer portals
  • Implementation of process and product audits as planned in the assigned area of responsibility, incl. monitoring of corrective and preventive measures
  • Creation and review of material master data records in the IMDS system
  • Support and production support (evaluation, approval and blocking of products and processes)
  • Active collaboration in CIP measures in cases of product and process deviations
  • Planning and execution of internal training / instructions with a focus on quality
  • Collaboration and support in the processing of customer complaints
  • Implementation of supplier complaints, incl. the monitoring and review of corrective and preventive measures, as well as B2B customer portal operation via the Global 8D process
  • Active collaboration in Q projects to optimize and reduce the costs of the existing internal processes and systems


  • Completed vocational training in the technical field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance / quality management in the field of automotive supplier technology or industry with a focus on advance quality planning and APQP processes
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programs and the general quality tools (e.g. 8-D, root cause analysis, SPC, FMEA, QM plan)
  • Good knowledge of the general quality regulations, such as DIN EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
  • Experience with SAP is desirable
  • Good command of APQP and the creation of initial sample test reports according to VDA/PPF and PPAP as well as their presentation levels
  • Training as an internal process and product auditor or FMEA moderator is desirable
  • Strong analytical and creative skills as well as goal-oriented team and communication skills
  • Generally flawless written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Good command of spoken and written English
