To strengthen our Human Culture Team, we are looking for the next possible date for a

Employee in Human Culture (m/f/d)​

Tasks:

  • Responsibility for health management: communication with BEM service provider, company doctor and planning of events for workplace health promotion
  • Management of our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) and innovations on our website
  • Accompaniment of HR-relevant projects, for example support in the cross-departmental project of Share Point implementation and digital processes in our personnel system REXX
  • Takeover of recruiting activities
  • Employee support as contact person for all operational HR issues
  • Communication with external partners (health insurance funds, social security organisations, tax authorities)
  • Processing administrative procedures from A for employment contract to Z for certificate
  • Support in the creation and evaluation of reports and statistics as well as in the onboarding and offboarding process of employees


Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources management
  • First professional experience, preferably in human resources, desirable
  • You convince with your friendly and communicative personality
  • High level of diligence and personal responsibility
  • You enjoy dealing with people and working in a team
  • Confident handling of MS Office products (especially Word and Excel) is a matter of course for you
  • Experience in working with Share Point is an advantage
